Please note that relying on any vehicle history report before making a car purchase is at your own risk. The AutoVin will not be held accountable for any decisions made based on our reports.

Valid Refund Reasons: We acknowledge the following valid reasons for a refund:

  • The received vehicle history report was empty.
  • Duplicate charges for the same vehicle history report.

Invalid Refund Reasons: Refund requests will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Inaccuracy or errors in the vehicle history report.
  • Incomplete vehicle history report.
  • Delayed receipt of the vehicle history report.
